INTERVIEW ANALYSIS

1. Analyze his resume and ideal job and decide if you will give him the job or not, explain why?

Working with the IDB means that the person has social meaning, that is human, to help people according to their needs. Eduardo Gomez, a person is sure of herself, which gives to think you can make quick and sound decisions. Their expectations are important, trainer and researcher wants to continue to work with the economic and social development of the country. For these reasons I would accept it as the newest member of the Inter-American Development Bank.

2. Observe these 2 interviews and provide weaknessess and sthrenghts for each candidate.

Strengths
He is an open-minded, responsible, dedicated, a good leader and has good relationships. Besides, he can can provide knowledge and progress to the company because of his experience.These skills are very important in a person.

Weaknesses
He don't find weaknesses, he tries to make it personal challenges.


MAYRA DIAZ 


Strengths 
Because of his experience is a good financial advisor, make efforts on this. It is good working conceited, has good fats personal relationships, creative, innovative, active and independent.


Weaknesses 
It is a bit of a perfectionist, but I think this is not a weakness but a strength because it is demanding and always looking to what is done is of quality, this creates progress and competitiveness.

We are currently seeking a Contract Civil Engineer to assist in the determination of the cause, origin, and extent of foundation/​soil movement, structural failures, water intrusions, construction defects and other failures to join our team.​ Duties in this key position involve the investigation and analysis of residential, commercial, and industrial properties for the purpose of resolving claims and legal disputes.​ Assignments may include foundation settlement investigations, structural assessments, site evaluations, sub-surface investigations and vibration analysis.​ Prepare oral and written reports that document causes of failure, extent of loss, and recommended remediation.​ Provide opinions and expert testimony.​ Other duties include gathering photographic evidence, conducting investigations to document onsite conditions and oversee field-testing.​ BS Civil Engineer.​ 10 years +​ experience.​ Civil Engineering PE license.​ Must posses strong communication skills and be able to deliver presentations to clients for the purposes of both litigation support and marketing.​ Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and able to perform inspections in confined spaces.​
